Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

Delivery Task LLC is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery services for your physical products. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your scheduled delivery without any fee if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover preparation and operational costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are generally rare and will only be considered in cases of proven negligence by Delivery Task LLC.

  • Examples qualifying for a refund include:

    • Failure to meet the agreed delivery window due to driver error or negligence.

    • Damage to or loss of items caused directly by Delivery Task LLC.

  • If a refund is granted, it may be a full refund or a partial refund depending on the extent of the issue and whether the service was still substantially fulfilled.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues outside of our control (e.g., weather, traffic, recipient availability).

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling a delivery is allowed with a $25 rescheduling fee.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours before the originally scheduled delivery time.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will be treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation fee.

No Special Orders or Deposits

  • Currently, Delivery Task LLC does not accept prepaid deposits or special orders requiring advanced payment.
