Refund & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Task LLC is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery services for your physical products. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
Cancellations
You may cancel your scheduled delivery without any fee if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover preparation and operational costs.

Refunds
Refunds are uncommon and will only be considered in cases where Delivery Task LLC is found to be directly responsible for a service failure.
Qualifying examples include:
– Failure to meet the agreed delivery window due to driver error or negligence.
– Damage to or loss of items caused directly by Delivery Task LLC.
If a refund is granted, it may be full or partial depending on the extent of the issue and whether the service was still substantially completed.
Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues beyond our control (such as traffic, weather, or recipient unavailability).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a delivery with a $25 rescheduling fee.
Requests made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated whenever possible.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will be treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
If the customer or recipient is not present at the pickup or delivery location during the scheduled time, the delivery may be marked as a no-show and subject to the full service charge.
No Special Orders or Deposits
Delivery Task LLC does not accept prepaid deposits or special orders requiring advance payment at this time.
